This evening it was announced on social media that Lennar had agreed to reduce the scale of its project from over 111 attached row townhome units to 43 detached single family homes.

Each year, the Board of Directors will open the application process of the John George Scholarship Award for consideration from the Board of Directors of the Plantation Acres Homeowner’s Association.
